I’ve been eating this for breakfast *almost* every morning. I add in a couple things to help boost my milk supply but it’s pretty darn yummy for anyone!
Chocolate Strawberry Oatmeal
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1 tbsp ground flaxseed (mine is a combo of ground flax, hemp and chia seeds)
- 1tbsp brewers yeast (for milk supply!)
- 1/2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 cup almond milk or milk of choice (use more or less depending on how thick you want it)
- Toppings: sprinkle chocolate chips, 2-3 large strawberries and a drizzle of honey
I microwave mine for 2 minutes because mom life requires QUICK prep! But feel free to cook it over the stove or use as overnight oats if you prefer.
Top with strawberries, chocolate chips and honey and enjoy!
