The first time I had sheet pan nachos was in 2013 at my Life builder leader’s house. We were a college/young adult group and most of our meals were simple but delicious.
This meal was a crowd-favorite and so customizable for each person. We would separate our pan into 4ths and let 1 person add whatever toppings they wanted to their corner.
You can really get creative with the toppings and even the type of chips you use. We’ve only ever used tortilla chips but I have a feeling Doritos as your base layer would be AH-MAZING! (If you love Doritos like I do anyway)

Topping Ideas:
- Ground beef
- Shredded chicken
- Black beans
- Cheese dip (white, yellow or salsa con queso)
- Shredded cheese
- Jalapeños
- Red onions
- Diced tomato
- Salsa
- Bean dip
- Avocado or guacamole

Sheet Pan Nachos Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 Bag of Tortilla chips
- 1 Jar Cheese Dip
- 1 lb. Ground Beef
- Toppings
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Brown your ground beef on the stovetop. Set aside.
- Cover a sheet pan in aluminum foil or parchment paper. This makes clean-up so much easier!
- Spread tortilla chips in an even layer on the sheet pan and top with the cheese dip. (This works best if you melt your cheese dip in the microwave for around 10 seconds.)
- Add on the ground beef and any other toppings you would like to have warmed up.
- Place in oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the chips are toasty and the cheese is bubbly.
- Enjoy while the nachos are hot and fresh for best results! 😉
